| [style=padding-top: 10px; padding-left: 5px; padding-right: 5px; height: 100px; width: 400px; overflow: auto; font-size: 10px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify]after the homeland war the nation's population had taken a dramatic decline. the utopians then took it upon themselves to start operation re-population. sometimes they are cheerfully called re-pops by the locals. re-pops are either cloned from the deceased or living, people deemed fit to join the utopians, or orphans. all of their memories are wiped clean and they are put into rehabilitation until they are considered fit for the utopians' world. if the subject is not considered fit then they are either disposed of or their body parts are donated to hospitals for better use. if you decide to create a character in the re-population group then you will be assigned a new member group after a total of thirty posts. if you decide you would like to remain in the group longer simply speak with a staff member. |

| [style=padding-top: 10px; padding-left: 5px; padding-right: 5px; height: 100px; width: 400px; overflow: auto; font-size: 10px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify]the nix are considered bad company on both sides. they are the failed and runaway re-pops, they are criminals from both utopia and the outlands, and they are most often dealt with in a way one would deal with a bad animal. the worst of the nix are only wanted dead or lost. others are not put to waste. if they are in good condition there body parts will be collected and sold either in utopia through hospitals or in the black markets of the outlands. sometimes they are sold or auctioned off to the wealthy to be used as gladiators (a returning sport) or as house slaves (for those brave enough). |
